We are proud to team up with talented Jaime Miki to offer artists photos of their residencies.

Jaime has been a regular of our events for a while. She was commissioned by a couple of our guests to take photos of them working or of their opening show. We thought this was brilliant. Of course there’s loads of phones and cameras always around but we know you will be busy finishing your work on time. It’s easy to forget how important these moments will become a few months, years down the road.

This is why we propose our residents to hire a professional for this. Of course you can still do it yourself or ask someone else, but trust our word: Jaime is really good at it. Also, she’s made a generous fee specially for us and our guests. We hope you consider it.

CATCH THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE RECEPTION

Jaime is very good at becoming invisible when she’s photographing. People don’t notice her, which makes her brilliant at catching atmosphere and natural expressions of people while they are relaxed.

GET KEY MOMENTS AND DETAILS

While she’s working, you can make sure Jaime will be alert and she’ll get the important moments on camera, and also those important details you want to be able to remember and share in the future with those who weren’t at the show.

HAVE A GOOD PORTRAIT TAKEN

Jaime is offering 2 packages '(see below), one of them gives you the chance to have a bunch of portraits taken. It’s a great opportunity to have your photo taken professionally.

Option 1 — EVENT ONLY

3 Hours event shooting at the reception gallery. 

Jaime will shoot while the reception is going, of course you can talk with her if you want certain details or people highlighted. At the end, Jaime delivers 50 Edited images for digital use and you can select 10 of them to get them as a high res file.

Option 2 — PORTRAIT + EVENT

1 Hour portrait session at the residence
+ 1.5 Hours event shooting at the reception gallery 

Equally as with the option 1, Jaime delivers 50 Edited images for digital use and you can select 10 of them to get them as a high res file.
